Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

We are looking for an ambitious Marketing Manager to develop and execute on a well rounded marketing strategy plan. The ideal candidate will be capable of executing on a wide variety of disciplines, including digital marketing, graphic design, and written content creation. Experience marketing electronic products in an industrial or military business-to-business marketplace is a big plus. Overall, the purpose of the position is to increase Rugged Science's digital marketing presence and brand awareness.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage and maintain the Rugged Science website
• Develop an SEO plan to drive more online traffic and a greater digital footprint
• Manage and deliver targeted monthly email campaigns
• Develop and manage online marketing and social media channels
• Utilize web analytics to measure results
• Develop product descriptions, graphics, animations, and videos
• Manage, plan and organize trade shows

Experience and Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business marketing or similar required. MBA in marketing a plus
• 3+ Years experience in a direct marketing environment desirable, including acquisition and retention marketing
• Graphic Design capabilities and experience
• Past Experience marketing computer/electronic products in an industrial/military marketplace
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills
• Working knowledge of web, mobile and adaptive email technologies
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills to analyze CRM data
