Our ability to control all aspects of cutting, bending, and welding tolerances plays a vital role in allowing us to meet DFM (Design for Manufacturing) objectives at a cost-effective price point. With no need to outsource, we control our timelines and quality outcomes.

Production and Prototyping Capabilities

The Rugged Science metal fabrication facility handles all in-house production and rapid-prototyping needs. Prototypes can be manufactured on the same day in support of engineering simulations and fit-checks. Aluminum and steel raw material is inventoried at all times in support of expediting. Capabilities include:

  • Haas VF3 YT 40-Taper Vertical 3 axis CNC mill
