With an IP65-rated sealed enclosure and ruggedized I/O via D38999 connectors, it is engineered to perform in extreme temperatures, shock, vibration, and EMI-heavy conditions—ensuring reliable computing in the most demanding mission profiles.
Powered by up to a 24-core 14th Gen Intel Core processor, the MILPONS 4000 supports up to 96 GB of high-speed DDR5 memory, dual internal 2.5" SATA SSDs with secure erase, and optional MXM GPU acceleration for edge AI and compute-heavy workloads. Integrated TPM 2.0 and support for advanced security features make it ideal for mission-critical applications.
The MILPONS 4000 offers a flexible I/O architecture with ruggedized D38999 connectors, including dual 2.5G LAN, four USB 2.0, dual-isolated CAN Bus, HDMI output, and up to three serial ports. Internal expansion supports M.2 CAN modules and GPU options, enabling custom configurations for control, communication, or edge processing requirements.
With no moving parts and a completely fanless thermal design, the MILPONS 4000 ensures silent, solid-state operation from -33°C to +55°C. The IP65-sealed enclosure protects against water spray, dust, and debris, eliminating failure points common in actively cooled systems and extending long-term reliability in harsh environments.
